Your conviction and commitment to the goal should not waver and change with the change in leadership and its power structure. It matters not who leads...you should be in a state of oneness with the purpose of the journey and it's goals. Positively Effective Leaders build committment of their teams to the ideology,goals and purpose that they subscribe to. They do not encourage building mindless loyalty of the people in their teams personally on to themselves as individuals.
