Leaders at times become insecure. To keep reaffirming to the system (and in a way to themselves) that they are in the leader's seat with Power, they design the organisations' delivery , work systems and processes such that everything ultimately lands up on their table. This is literally like connecting and front-driving their bicycles to the horses in their teams who need to actually drive the carriage of delivery !!! And this such leaders do not for any value-adds that they offer but merely to re-establish the Power order in the Group !!!
