Effective leaders wait and share feedback only in tranquil moments. They know that one knocks at doors to seek attention - not create disturbance. At an inapt moment, feedback tends to rebound in volatile directions and can lead only to breakdowns. Effective leaders can't be unmindful of that. A leader has to be so sensitive that he is able to recognise that right moment for each of his associates - when his/her point of absorption of feedback would be at its peak!
