During the application process of the HR 40under40 awards this year, we asked the participants a question, “Who is the HR leader you look up to?” Based on their answers, the Top 20 list emerged of the most voted role models and they are our “40under40 Influencers”. We are delighted to announce the Top 20 Influencers and will also be organizing a ‘40under40 Influencers meet the 40under40 2019 Winners’ high tea interaction for the winners, from 4:30-5:30pm on the same day as the Leading From Behind Summit to be held on the 30th January 2019, at The Lalit, Mumbai. Parts of the interaction will be covered by CNBC TV18. Please note that the participants were not allowed to choose from the Jury Members to avoid any conflict of interest. We are also thankful to all the esteemed jury members for the time you spent evaluating each 100under40 participant. We are looking forward to seeing you soon on the Leading From Behind Summit.
